Role Overview:
As a Seasonal Night Baker at Your Bread Box, you will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring the timely creation of our signature sourdough loaves to meet the demands of our wholesale partners, local markets, and individual orders. Working under the guidance of the Lead Baker at our commercial kitchen Location in Carp, you will assist in preparing, baking, and packaging various baked goods while upholding our brand standards.

1. Assist in the preparation, baking, and packaging of sourdough loaves, baguettes, pretzels, croissants, and other baked goods to align with our brand's standards and production schedules.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
3. Help track inventory levels and replenish items as needed to ensure uninterrupted production.
4. Train on baking 500 loaves a shift to a previously set standard. 
5. Demonstrate a passion for baking bread and a commitment to upholding quality control and customer service standards.
7. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
8. Embrace opportunities for learning and growth, seeking to enhance skills and knowledge in bread baking and culinary arts.

1. Availability to work 3 to 4 days a week, including weekends, to support our production schedule for the farmers market. 
2. Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment or equivalent experience operating commercial tools for large orders.
3. Passion for sourdough bread and familiarity with the bread baking process, with educational programs in culinary arts, pastries, or bread baking considered a bonus.
4. Physical stamina to meet the demands of a production-oriented role and the ability to learn quickly and ask questions as needed.
5. Commitment to maintaining punctuality, adherence to processes, and a team-oriented approach to work.
