I'm Nabil, owner & baker
During the pandemic, I started baking sourdough for my family and neighbours — a way to stay connected when the world felt far apart. As news of the bread spread, the community pushed me to expand.
In 2022 we moved into a commercial kitchen in Ottawa. Today we bake for homes, restaurants, cafés and farmers' markets across Ottawa and Gatineau — never frozen, always by hand.
In my culture, we connect with our neighbours through the medium of food. It brings us great joy to build relationships within our community and to spread a little joy through delicious sourdough.
